Ua Floors worked with Mr. David Sung of Metalux (Hong Kong ) in providing 750,000 square feet of prefinished flooring for this 1,134 unit ultra-luxury, water-front condominium project.
The prices of these units ranged from a low of US $800,000 to over $1.5 million when the building was finished. Since completion, prices have gone up considerably.
The towers form one of a number of exquisite developments at Union Square on the southern tip of the West Kowloon reclamation area. The building is clad in pearl white aluminum panels together with blue-green tinted glass, matching spandrel panels and exterior facing tiles to create a glazed tower look.
The Hang Lung Properties Management development has been designed by P & T Architects and Engineers and comprises three towers, each 65 floors high, built over a seven story carpark podium.
The total GFA is around 130,000 m2 (1.4 million sq.ft) accomodating a total of 1,134 apartment units. Unit size ranges from 800 sq.ft to 1,200 sq ft. Several large openings are punched into the curvilinear elevation as sky gardens in the shape of glass balconies for residents to enjoy the stunning views of Hong Kongˇ¦s skyline.
